Whenever you are late (and you are entitled to be late) with your release cycle I get withdrawal symptoms.
Today, 14th July I am anxious for the upcoming (late) release.
Not a criticism – just my observation.

(Possibly poor) Idea: how about you publish next podcast date ?

      Hi Steve,

Your post made me smile…and also publish #109 one day earlier….it was set to go tomorrow but I just published it…so glad that you are enjoyung the podcast. I wish I could publish a schedule, but lately, work and some personal commitments have really spread me thin…we were averaging more than one a week for the first year…but then a slow down…I am doing my best to get back to one a week…very soon.

Thanks! …and keep listening and please do check in anytime. You can email me as well at podcastjfk@gmail.com

As mentioned in this episode it is entirely possible Oswald had a mistaken view of the USSR as a “workers paradise”. I think I mentioned already that I had an favorable view of communism when I was 20. By 30 I had read Solzhenitsyn’s Gulag and had no illusions. However, most folks, even in high positions, are not aware of this history of terror. I was told by someone in the Canadian “foreign service” that Solzhenitsyn was a “fiction writer”; she had probably read a NY Times review of “a day in the life”.
