Episode 27 is a special purpose episode that elaborates on the Dillard Photographs discussed in Episode 26, and addresses certain technical work applied to those photographs by the House Select Committee on Assassinations Photographic Panel. Complex cases without an eyewitness that can actually identify the shooter make the forensic and circumstantial evidence that much more important.
