Episode 28 focuses on three witnesses Arnold Rowland, Carolyn Walther, and Ruby Henderson. These three witnesses are the only three who identified a gunman and a second assailant on either a high floor or the 6th floor of the depository and who also came forward to discuss what they saw with law enforcement in the aftermath of the assassination. This series of episodes focuses on the precious few witnesses who actually saw something up in the windows of the depository that was relevant to the investigation. Howard Brennan, the only eyewitness to identify Oswald as the shooter in the window was covered in a separate episode. Complications with his testimony make this series of witnesses more relevant.
